In March of 2021 we partnered with the Dragonfly Home in Oklahoma City to build awareness
and raise funds for their efforts to build a transitional home for survivors of trafficking.
“3-2-1 Empower launched its first US-based pilot project at The Dragonfly Human Trafficking Transition Home in Oklahoma City, in February 2023. Workouts continue twice a week for 45 minutes led virtually by 3-2-1 Empower Founder Ramona Braganza. Participants are survivors of human trafficking—strong, courageous women who are getting the opportunity to express their strength and courage in new ways thanks to Ramona’s coaching.
They’re gaining strength physically and mentally and learning a variety of skills from yoga to weight training, dance, and kickboxing.”
